Darbonne 2/3/14

2nd boat in the water at Lester's this morning. By the time we left there were 20 boats fishing. Not a bad morning ended up keeping 12 slabs out of 20. Spoke to several people fishing. Some fished this past weekend and heard a few stories of some 30 fish caught this past weekend. The bite wasn't to slow just not a solid pattern. Tried shiners but caught most everything off of 1/8 jig head. Water temp is still around 48 to 49 degrees. It's close to being back right. Hang tight it's gonna get better.

So that's where all the boats were today. Congrats on the catch...

B&M just more blessed than anything. Haven't really had any bragging stringers yet but picking up a good mess every time.
