You're right cray, they are making more and more products that when they go bad, there is no repair. Kitchen appliances, televisions, hot water heaters and a host of others. When they go bad you replace them. Cell phones. When you walk out the door, the phone is obsolete.
We have become a disposable society. They sell us disposable products to dispose of our cash.
Most of that stuff can be repaired, problem is the cost to repair often exceeds the cost of a new one. our washing machine broke last year, repair guy wanted $600 in parts and labor to repair the drum, new washing machine was $500.Quote:
