Glad to hear a good report out of Darbonne, Thanks and great catch.
Good to hear a report from there. Now you have me mixed up for the weekend. Was thinking Caney may be there now.
Well I went to Caney first this morning and caught about 7. It's was pretty slow. Loaded up and went to Darbonne. If I would have been at Darbonne at daylight I think I would have loaded the boat down.
What was the water looking like. Still muddy?
Yeah it's still stained. Color choice is gonna be important, don't think its gonna clear up anytime soon. Plus we got another round of rain on Sunday.
WTG, best I've heard of anyone doing on D'Arbonne lately.
Welcome to CDC; I see this is your first post. I see D'Arboone is your home lake; where do you live?
Congratulations on catching some fish on D'Arbonne. You said in one of your replies "color choice is gonna be important." If you don't mind me asking, what color worked best for you?
Southern Chuter I live in West Monroe. Yeah just joined didn't know much about this forum until the other day. Seems to have some good info. I'm new to white perch( or crappie or sac a lait - lol) fishing only being fishing for them for the past year or two but picking up on them pretty quick. I bass fished for yrs and it was the only thing I every fished for.
Pastor I would say if water still stained use something pink or chartreuse those colors were working best for me.
Nice catch tbird and welcome to the forum, seen a feller looks just like you holdin that same fish on Facebook yesterday.
