Spent the entire day on the water. Ended up with 14 on the day. All were good sized fish up to 13 inches with only one dink being thrown back. The bite came in the afternoon until the sunset. all fish caught on minnows fished at ten foot deep. Tried throwing jigs but no go for me. Saw some trolling jigs with some success. P.U. Them things stink. 2 of them things sprayed me before this last trip:puke. Almost happened again but perserverance prevailed. Caught the bass early and then nothing till around 2:00. Hoping for another afternoon trip soon.Quote:
