First time on D'Arbonne 1/19/2015

Went out on D'Arbonne yesterday for the first time. Came away empty handed. Talking to a few other anglers that we trolled past sounds like it was the theme of the day. Water was really muddy and about 43-46 degrees in most spots. We just trolled south/south east along the channel from the launch that is on the north side of LA 33 in anywhere from 11-35 FOW. We marked some fish along that route but they just weren't interested it seems like. As I said...first time on the lake but I will defenitely be going back one of these days. Some nice weather in the forecast coming up.

Good report... thanks- I contemplated Darbonne this weekend but decided on Grand Bayou this Saturday instead....hopefully the fish are a little more active down that way.

Thanks for the report, sure hate you made the trip and came up empty handed. My last 2 trips there were a bust also. You are correct about the water clarity, it is very muddy right now.
