How does cutting a hole in the ice let you shoot docks? I'm confused
I'm fishing from the dock and I want to cut holes larger than an auger hole. The ice is too thin to safely walk on so a ice saw will not work. I am wanting to cut like a 4'x4' hole. I've seen people using regular chain saws but never seen anyone using a pole saw. The pole saw would give me the reach I need to access some sets.
You'll stay dry that way, but does Il. have a max hole size that can be drilled? If its your dock, put in a bubbler
Your right 12" max. dia. hole. I didn't know that.:banghead:banghead:banghead
Whose going down there to measure? Pole saw should work fine.
3-4 inches is way more than you need. We start with 2.
