we need to get somekinda count of how many to expect to cook for this will be our first gathering and we have no idea on what to expect as far as turn out and what about menu??? fried fish ofcourse but what else?? and most of yall know its Cajun country so should we serve a side of TUMS???? LOL!! no we will try to be kind with the seasoning!!! I will also cook a real Courtbouillion so put me and chuck down for that
