Connecting the XTM 9 QB 90 T to the "Dual Beam" leg of the AS SIDB Y cable would utilize only the 200kHz/83kHz 2d piezo in the XTM 9 QB 90 T ...Quote:

Are you wanting the 2d to "always" come from the TM mounted XTM 9 QB 90 T ...??
Or just when using the TM ... ??

I haven't thought about it much because i was wondering about the compatibility of the trolling motor transducer. It probably would be better if i were to use a switch and the "Y" cable to switch between the two transducers. Do you agree?
With the AS SIDB Y cable routing 2d from the TM all the time ... The TM would have to be in the water any time you were using the 798 ...Quote:
