I'm with the buy your own crowd. Tried breeding them years ago in a corner of my apartment. They are prolific but the stench was too much.

Its not that bad just think of it as stink bait. LOL Buddy of mine washed his off to make them smell better, but to me still stink. And this is from someone that used to commercial fish. Run my arm down to the elbow into stinking cheese in the am filling up bait bags for Hoop nets..Quote:

Where is the best (?) place to order meal worms on line. Think I'll try that first.
Go to ebay and look around. I just bought 250 for 6.35 plus 5.75 shipped with guarantee. Around here they are 4 bucks plus for a small cup so I figure i got a deal. Oops I just saw you were looking for mealworms. Waxworms is what I ordered.
