2015 Crappie Camp

Any plans for a 2015 Arkansas Crappie Camp?

If someone takes the ball and runs with it. At this time nobody has stepped up to organize.

Doesn't look like it is happening to me.

My wife and I attended for the first time last year and had a great time. Russ and J. W., and their families and many more who helped did a great job. I know it takes a lot to pull off even a successful fish fry for that many people let alone a fishing tournament ect. We hope someone will try to put something together even if it's not to the degree that it was last year with all the sponsors and giveaways. I'll help anyway I can, just like many others, I'm just not where I can take lead due to only having one partime employee.

If there's not going to be a Spring Camp in Arkansas, if you really want to attend one you might look at the Tennessee Spring Camp. They are holding it at Reelfoot Lake. Reelfoot is a great fishing lake in the spring and they have their camp set for the first weekend in May. Weather should be nice and the crappie, bream and catfish should be on!!

If not that, someone suggested a designated lake and weekend be set and who ever is interested just show up.

Our Spring camp is not our big one but it's close to Arkansas (Wister in March) and we have border crossers from Kansas and Texas. You guys are certainly welcome.
