This weekend we're going to be tight lining some treetops... So I banged out a few jigs.They are not as pretty as the professionals that we have on crappie.com, but they will get the job done. I have learned that the water blurs the lines between a pro and a average Joe. You guys have any suggestions on some color combos. These are some of my go-to colors

Awesome jigs TGE. Those are as professional as they come.
As far as combos, my two favs are from head, body to tail:
1)Fl org/white(fall &summer)-black(spring)/fl yella
And
2)White/blue/white
They may not be pro, but I like them a lot. Happy Catching this weekend.
those are all ya need.was a "semi-pro" for a while.knew how to tie a few flies and jigs well and people started bugging me for em.1 out of every ten or so looked a little off for me to be taking money for and those and quicker to tie versions were the ones i used myself and caught just as many if not more fish as i could throw them with abandon as they only cost me a few cents and a few minutes to make.if you make your own you always know where to get more
Nice, I like the gray but how can you not have blk/chrt or pank/chrt on your go to list??
