Jordan tournament ???

Do y'all ever have a tournament on Jordan?

We hold six tournaments per year, three in the Spring and three in the Fall with a seventh "Classic". We fish Logan Martin, Neely Henry, and Weiss. We try to base the schedule as not to coincide or interfere with any of the National Crappie tournaments in case any of our members want to participate in them. The Classic is open to all of our members, but those that participated in four of the six tournaments do not have to pay an entry fee other than an optional Big Fish pot. I would like to see us try some different lakes but the majority of our members are from the region of the three lakes mentioned. Lee our club was started by folks who are local around the 3 lakes we fish. About half of our folks at one time were fishing the national tournament trails. We have a couple of teams that still fish in the big tournaments. A lot of us are now retired and do not wish to travel very far to fish nor have the $ it takes to do so. We have our tournaments close enough so that no one has to spend the night away from home to go to any of the tournaments so we don't have that expense. We have nothing against other folks or other lakes, we just want to compete against each other and stay close to home. Our club tournaments are low budget and mostly for fun, bragging rights and fellowship with friends. We welcome anyone who would like to come join us. You may want to consider starting a local club in your area to do the same thing we have done up here. Good luck and let me know if I can be of any help to you.
