And another great report from the World of Cappy and Pegody

Cappy, what's the deal with the PBR - you some sort of redneck or something? :) Just teasing, great post. My smoker is 4 feet long with a 2 foot firebox on the side. I need to rig-up a counter weight for the smoker lid like yours because Ann can barely lift it.
-
Thanks Randy with out the counter weight I would have a hard time lifting it. Its 30'" standard wall oil field pipe. it was built in 78 by a welder for my father who had traded for it. What we call a "Goverment job"" Whats with the PBR it aint but 10$ a 18 pack.
-
Mine's oil field pipe as well, custom made. Not a bolt, nut, or screw in the entire assembly. Probably couldn't move it if I wanted to. I've gone through too many store bought units over the years and finally did it right a few years ago. I keep the grill semi-clean, but the inside has probably 1/4" of seasoning in it. Just teasing about the PBR, Miller Lite fan here.

What do you guys eat when the Saints win?! Truth is that I'm livin' in the WRONG place?!
-
We started long before kick off. Being an ole fan I well remember the bag head aints years so this aint nothing new to me.
