I wonder how many Americans remember this date. Do we truly remember the memory of all of the brave men and women that gave us a chance to keep this country free? Do we deserve that chance?

I often wonder why our troops in modern day are on foreign soil but when I look at Pearl Harbor and closer to our date the 9-11 attacks I realize that it is to keep it off our soil. We owe a debt to all service men and women, past and present.
I will have the honor to view the memorial in March. Already choked up. God Bless those who gave all.
God Bless those who fought and lost their lives so we can be a free nation!My dad was in England and Bremen Germany and my uncles were in Italy and South Africa. They all returned to us.1 uncle received a Purple Heart and was blown up in a half-track but survived.Pearl Harbor should be a reminder to never let our guard down here in this country!
