What's for dinner.
Got tired of smoking them butt roasts so now I'm crock potting one with some sour kraut. Browned it real good and seasoned it,added a small amount of apply cider vinegar to the pot and kicked it on high. Bout half way through, I'm gonna dump 2 bags of kraut on it and let her go to the end.

That looks some kinda good Steve! My mother in law makes spare ribs and kraut all the time, its one of my favorites.
