Me and the Masterbuilt
Got some serious work to do tomorrow night! Attachment 180234Attachment 180235Attachment 180236 15 pound bird placed in the brine bucket, will pull it out of brine about 9 tomorrow night and put it in the smoker, with that little 7 1/2 pound but cut ham on top of it, hey, ya can't go wrong with pork fat drizzling down! :)

I am going to do mine today.....I am doing a turkey breast and a ham.

I have never brined one but all the research I done said it makes the bird very moist.

You're dead on with the Brining making it Moist. I brined mine for about 24 hours this year before I injected it with Creole Butter. Best one I ever did. try smoking that Ham for a few hours and basting it. Talk about good.
