Weiss today. 11-24

Drove to my camper late this morning knowing the wind was 25+ so disapointed ! Water stained and very low! I didn't even put the boat in! Noticed more brush piles out I front of my dock than I remember? Wind howling pushing bait right at me! Took a new jig on a cork threw beside first brush pile and wham! One short fish then keeper after keeper! 10" several 12" a few 13" ended up with 30+ lost count over 15 keepers! Threw 5 keepers back before a friend pulled up and said dont throw them back! Gave him my favorite pole and ran to the storage to get another he had 5 before I could get back! We Proceeded to catch fish till 2:30 and then they started to slow down! My new soft plastic paddle tail monkey grass showed out! Other colors did good but not as good as monkey grass! Very exciting day for me !

That's awesome LB! Glad you were able to get on them off of the dock like that. Always good to have a brush pile there. Congrats on an awesome day and a new fun bait.

Going back this am. I'm on vacation, Tim the guy that fished with us is waiting hopefully wind is down and putting boat in we put out some really nice brush piles ourselves going to investigate .

Sounds like a blast.
