Need hummview help

Been recording now I put it on hum view and this is what I am getting. My 998 is set at 60 feet on each side but the hummview is set at 250 feet and making it hard to interpret,what can I do to get my pic to be full size in hummview.

I'm confused Gene ... I can't make mine do that ...

Right click on the image and check ...:

"Crop from"...set to 0ft
"Crop to"......set to All

Does the entire length of the recording show like that ... ??

YES,AND I CAN'T SEE NOTHING TO CHANGE IT,MAY TRY TO RECORD SOMETHING ELSE ON ANOTHER SAN DISK AND SEE WHAT IT DOES. I WAS JUST TESTING IT BEFORE I WENT TO THE PLACE I REALLY WANT TO RECORD,DON'T WANT TO RECORD MY GOOD SPOT TILL I GET BUGS OUT,IT WOULD NOT LET ME CHANGE COLORS EITHER,BUT THAT PART DID NOT MATTER MUCH

Something's odd ... Humviewer will not let you change color Pallette either ...??

When you downloaded Humviewer ... Did you allow it to also download Java ...??

Don,t know what is java,got the 2d working when I set to 0ft but SI looks like this now

Rickie,I forgot and left San dish that has a few of my snapshot in unit ,about 7 pic,would that make it load wrong?

Snapshots should not affect anything with Humviewer ... That's a completely different folder on the SD Card ...

I'm not sure what's going on Gene ...

I would suggest trying a different SD Card ...

Be sure to not change the SI Range setting during the recording process (set SI Range before starting recording)...

(It is possible to record the Simulator for testing)...

Rickie,what it is doing now is showing left side only,can get whole screen but it is just left side? Sorry to keep bro thing u.maybe tomorrow after sleeping on it,thanks

Right click on the image ...

Set "View" to "SI Both" ...
