I've been watching the water level on the USGS website at Lake Pelba and since 11/1 it has risen from 6.75 to 7.30. I looked back from 1/1 to 11/14 and it fluctuated so much since then it's hard to tell what normal is. Does anyone know what that level is?

I would say if there is a "normal" low water not associated with a drawdown it's between 8-9 ft. I know last winter when I fished a lot out there it was between 10-11. But you can catch fish in Henderson in all kind of water levels....
but what level do you catch fish at??????????????????????????
I have had some very good catches when it was at 16 ft...........I don't let the water level determine if I go......it's all good....
I can't wait till it's up and I get to fish the sticks

I was just wondering what the norm was because if you look at the site for a year back it appears to fluctuate quite a bit and nothing appears to be a normal level. I'm just glad that I got back into fishing and fished there while it was down because while it's this low allows you to see potential fishing spots when it will come back up!
Way back up in the live cypress that's high and dry right now!
