UTV question

I am looking at a Polaris UTV that is in Tennessee
Do have a Title in Tennessee for these?
Trying to make sure this unit is on the up and up and not stolen or something

I bought one with no title and just got a "lost title" for it. I do however know the guy that I bought it from.

I just bought a new ATV in Tennesee and I was issued a title.

All mine have had titles.

Thanks some states don't title those things.
If I decide to go forward with this I will make sure the title matches the serial number

Yes, they have titles just like a vehicle. Although, some buy from KY, and never register them. Those will have an MSO. Personally, I would not buy without a title....just too risky nowadays.
