Awesome Job man!!! Looks like a wise decision! Lake Conway?
Nice job and looks like the decision paid off. Now go and kill some ducks in ND.
Nice pile o meat! Your going all the way to ND to shoot ducks? Man that is a long drive for some birds.
Congrats!!!! you set the hook so hard ya filleted them on the hook set!!!
Nice Catch, Congrats
I drove it in my younger days but it wears you out. Nowadays i fly in and out of Minot, ND and drive a rental to meet up with the crew but dry field mallards are a lot of fun.
I gave my limit of Crappie away today when I got home . Dressed a pile of Flatheads out of my nets after I got home and hit the lake. To me Flathead belly meat is the best white meat. Do you eat the dark duck meat? I call all waterfowl ''sky carp'' :biggrin
Fish fry for sure. Nice catch.
oh yea we eat the duck breasts. Fried, grilled, baked, but they have the inherent game taste and are slightly tougher than beef but i agree flathead belly meat is top of the freshwater list.
