Could not find the crappie. Got a few nibbles but no crappie, did catch a few catfish. It was a very nice day though other than the fog.

I didn't get out there until after the fog lifted around 10 AM. I agree about being a nice day without fighting a wind,but the crappie where hiding somewhere far from me.
The speed boats showed up around 4 screwing up a mirror like surface.
The marina is adding 86 slips to A dock, east of the marina, starting tomorrow. Next year will be impacted with that many new pleasure boater out there on weekends. I'm thinking the new slip renters will have pleasure boaters since they will lease for $3000/year for covered slips.

No that was not me. I was drifting shad as the sun was setting.
