Some good fish today

We caught several good size slabs this morning. Fished with my neighbor this morning and had very good luck. All fish were caught on jigs and the color didn't matter. Some tight lining and some long lining in 10' to 15' fow. This was the first time my neighbor fished with me and I think he's hooked. Already he wants to know when we could go again. Beautiful morning with light winds and partly sunny skies. I think the fall bite is going to be great, water temps were 69 to 70.

Man your on fire. Great report and pictures. The big trout are not in yet. Water temps are still in the 70's and it needs to get around mid 50's. Give me a hint where your fishing because I want to get back to some crappie fishing. What colors were hot on this trip?
