Is it a new mount or has it been getting a fix, but now quit? Is there anything that could be interfering with the signal? Such as other electronic devices? Do you have another humminbird mount you can try it on in your boat or a friends?
Open the gps diagnostics view and take a snapshot of it and post it here...
(I have seen times where disconnecting the unit from the base and re-seating the unit in the quick attach base will reconnect the gps...even on an internal antenna model)...

Could you possibly have "External" selected?
I had been getting a fix then it quit. I have two mounts and neither one is getting a fix, I have it mounted on the bow about a foot from the trolling motor and a mount by the consul .
I updated the software and the GPS started working at least in the back yard, I will see what happens on the lake. Thanks for all the input it is greatly appreciated.
