Greenwood Friday

Was thinking of going to greenwood this friday any suggestions going to try for crappie and maybe catfish....:fish

We were just talking about Greenwood last week and no one had any reports. Hope you find some biting, give us a report on how you do.

Sinkermaker was going last Friday and I was curious to see how he did, but I have not seen a report on his trip. Either it was bad and he does not want to talk about it or he caught so many he is still cleaning fish and has not had time to post a report. Take your choice. :dono

Ray I went that way last Friday but did not get to fish Greenwood. I ran into rain on the other side of Saluda and it rained all the way to Greenwood so I went on up state to meet Jack and around 12 we rode over to lake secession and fished a couple of hours. Only caught 2keepers. We were long lining in the river channel.

I have never even seen Secession, much less fished it. 5AM is too early for me to try to drive up that morning so I plan to go up Friday and fish a bit and find a hotel as close as I can to the meeting spot.

well greenwood didn'tWhite Flag Icon happen due to family and work.. Guess ill get some stuff done and go off for 2 days of fishing..

The catfish are on fire with shrimp and drifting Santee style. Focus on flats near the channel.
