Net? Dont need no stinkin net!
Had a chance to get out this afternoon for a quick trip after the in laws left at 4:30. Figured we would have about an hour and a half to fish so loaded up the dog and met up with my wife at the park. Lake was perfect, slight breeze, nobody on the lake just perfect. But before I could get all poles out and headed in right direction here comes the wind:banghead. Boat was pushing 2.4 without trolling motor on. Turned into wind and could only manage to hold 1.6 on high or would blow around. We were catching fish though and about the 4th one coming in my dang dog looked at me and I know from the look he gave he was saying $%&#@ you this fish is mine and the shirteater jumped in:banghead. How the heck he managed to catch the fish without getting hooked is beyond me. But he held onto it until we managed to get him back in the boat.So guess I dont really need a net, just gona send brown dog after em. But man he was peed off when I pitched it back. We managed to pick up 18 in the short time with most between 9"&11" with 1 stud like Brian found this morning. Same colors and everything seem to be holding but have to sort through a bunch of fish. All ours were left to play another day so sorry no pics. Now gotta figure a way to hook the dang dogs leash on the boat to keep him in and off the front deck. I think that dog likes fishing more than me somehow. Anyway good luck tomorrow guys yall should catch a plenty of fish.
