With just under a month to go I just wanted to touch base and and remind everyone of the Shindig Oct. 10-12 at Lakeside Campground.
Cajun Fryer and I met with Johnny at Lakeside last time I was in to scope the place out and firm up some arrangements. Looks like it's gonna be a great venue for the festivities!
I'm still in the process of gathering up door prizes and ANY help would be greatly appreciated! With the economy like it is right now, pickens are slim.
In the very near future I'll make a post to try and get a GOOD head count. In the past we have thawed out WAY too much fish anticipating more folks. Not saying we've had a low turn out. Nothing could be further from the truth. A good head count is important though.
I'd like to apologize for not being more active on the board the last few month. It seems like every time I turn around I am dealing with another family crisis this yr. Brenda and I pray that next yr is better.
