Onboard Charger Recommendations

My minkota three bank 330D charger has bit the dust. Two out of the three banks don't work and it's 3 years old. Anybody got a good recommendation for an onboard charger that will last?

They have a 3 year warranty don't they?? I have the 460 and only complaint is the size of it.

I have had this one for four years and one of the LED lights did not work, they sent me a new one the next day and never had another problem.

RG - they probably do but I don't have a receipt or actual date of purchase. It is probably right over three years.

If you registered the product when you bought it, you might not need a receipt. I'd call them. Won't hurt to try. Minn Kota customer service #1-800-227-6433.

I just ordered one like Majors... Thanks for the info. I know my minkota is not registered. Look forward to trying this new one.

The Dual Pro's are great chargers and made in the USA. :ThumbsUp I hear they have great customer service as well, but never had to use it. I've got a couple of the MK Chinese garbage with non functioning banks :banghead

Most have fuses at the terminals . Make sure they are good and not corroded. Dual pro units are the best.

I have always been Minn Kota but bought a XPS from BPS when I put in two more batteries. Didn't expect it to last since it was so cheap. Three years later I have no complaints so who knows? Two bank 10 amp per battery. Those dual pro's are well thought of in the fishing world though. I guess it just depends on whether yours was built on a Wednesday or a Friday. I seemed to have bought a bunch of things in my life made on a Monday morning by someone with a hangover.
