Staying busy

I have become addicted to tying jigs. Here is the schemes that I have come up with using the materials I have. I just placed an order for more chenille and should have more than I know what to do with. Any recommendations? What do you guys think so far?

good job on tying keep posting your jigs I'm always like to see something new and I might have to steal one of your patterns.:biggrin

Looking pretty good, but the picture makes them too small to see really clear and close up. However I did notice some with the chenille trying to bunch up a little at the head so try to make it fit better and more even. Talking about 2nd picture, top row pink ones on right end.
still all will work just fine for the fish I bet!

Yeah I was not pleased with that chenille it was pretty thin and I tied a few with it as it was my only pink stuff at the time and on those 16th oz jigs it was too small. I will just fish those ones around a bunch of brush piles :)

You will be happier with #2 size chenille and in some cases if your tying over a 1/16 oz high you may even want some #3 especially if it has crystal in it as when they add crystal in it make the density less. Just an FYI for you and know even #3 with crystal will tie well on 1/16.

Also why I want guys is because of the amount of materials I have bought in the last 10 years of tying. You wouldn't believe how much stuff I have in this room which my wife just hates to even be in here because it's so crammed in here.

I have a GF that is getting pretty serious...She just discovered my stashes of various hunting and fishing items at my house...she was shocked, then I showed her the basement and she was even more shocked. Now add to that the growing stash of jig tying materials and stuff I am accumulating she may be re-evaluating our relationship :)
