Fished 8 am till noon.
Most caught tight-line. black n chartreuse tube on docks. work the lay downs with the tree tail for a few more.
Water is up which limits which docks you can fish. Water is clear and pretty but very little movement. Didn't check the tide chart but the south east wind could be the cause.

Randy, JR knows that you can't catch fish by "troll"ing. You've got to get your line wet. Where is only one part of the very large picture.
