Thanks for the welcome. My son put me on to this site.i live in Zachary ,LA. And after retiring off the railroad in 2007 it was my hope to do more fishing. It seems I do less. When I do get to go my passion is drowning a minnow. Something about a lively minnow dancing that cork around then watching it get sucked under. I do jig fish also but the minnow gets my first choice. I do understand the saying(it's called fishing not catching). Having said that come Wednesday morning at first light I will be waiting for that cork to get sucked under.
