Jim from what I have been reading on here, as I to am going to get new rods for spring. The Southern pro rods is what most are talkin about. I have looked at some from Monk's but they are a bit costly. Plus I will have to up grade my rod holders. I want tite-loks.
My favorite is the Wally Marshall from BPS, don't think he's on staff there anymore , but they still sell the same rod. Capps an Coleman is also a good one.
Before you buy them TiteLocks take a look at the SpiderLock sold by E-Z Poleholder on here. These are some serious pieces of equipment. Infinite adjustability, stay where you put them and strong as they come. Plus EZ gives a C,C discount.Quote:

If they is the ones I saw on here a few months back then you are right. They are some very nice holders. But I can just replace the bases and poles. Keep the holders and come in at a lower cost.Quote:
