Did you post on the DIY Soft Plastic board? That is where all the soft plastic guys post their stuff. Ask this over there or ask snake River. I would think several of them can do this.

They're just a fuzzy grub body. Anyone can make them using a needle with a large eye to pull some feathers thru a twister body with the tail cut off.
