How To???

Hi guys. I just got my driftmaster T-bars with rod holders for spider-rigging. Can some of you give me some pointers on mounting these, before I start drilling holes? Thanks In Advance! Shotgun

Be sure to check your trolling motor in the down and up position and make sure the holders don't interfere with putting the motor up and down. One of my buddies has to take one holder off to store his motor.
You can get a piece of plywood that fits the floor of your boat and experiment with placement using the plywood before mounting on boat. Be sure you can reach all rods when seated. One of my rods is kind of in the way of my front DF cause I didn't sit in the seat when mounting one of the holder to see if it was in the way of anything.

Take the rod holders with you on the next trip, and "pretend" to fish with the rod holders in different positions, going thru all the motions of deploying/stowing the TM, reaching for all the rods as if a fish is on, etc., and you will soon figure out where the best spot(s) are for you and your boat.
