Ethel is a traditionalist - rotisserie style with a pinch of lemon pepper and Lucy is all about the applewood bbq spice. As you can see, both of them have their silver dancing shoes on and as soon as the beer begins to boil, they'll start to boogie! They haven't chosen their partners yet, but it's looking like corn pudding and roasted bacon ranch potatoes in foil.

We have always referred to this cookin' style as "Drunken Chickens". You can believe they will always be so tender and juicy. Looks like ya'll are going to be throwin' down shortly.
It's thick cut slow roasted chops on the grill for us this evening with mac and cheese, garden beans and bartlett pear halves kickin'. Can't wait!!!
