After having to sit out all last fall and winter, I am sure gettin itchy to pull some roadrunners in Monroe. Cant get here quick enough. Settin up to be a good one plenty fresh water and high water. Kills the river for Crappieday, but sure lights the fires on Monroe. Might even have to pull the boat to work a few times every week to hit em on the way home. Its a comin fellas, spool your reels stock up on plastics. See yall soon on the water:biggrin
Maybe not Monroe for me but somewhere. Gonna try to get my wife out when it cools a bit. So H you like roadrunners also?
Thanks for the pep talk Mike...........I think Monroe will be revived this year as well as better fishing on the Harris chain since the water's up. Crappy Stu's not talking, but the Clermont chain is up also. I'll be going as often as I can come September.
Ifin I am pullin you can bet money there are Roadrunners and Stroll'rs in the mix very heavy. I want em to feel em coming from a long ways off.Quote:

I hear ya Mike and if you cant wait until the fall bite you can get in the car and come north on route 95 about 750 miles. We are catching plenty of fish and I would be happy to take you or any one from Florida to some good lakes. I know that the time is not going fast enough for you.
