Taste of bluegill that's fed pellets

Ok guys here is a question that my wife wants to know: does supplemental feeding CNBG make them taste bad or different than wild caught ones? I know in summer sometimes they are muddy tasting

I believe they taste a little different, but not in a bad way. I fished quite a few stock tanks in West Texas growing up where the ranchers would feed the fish pellets.

I used to feed mine floating catfish pellets and it didn't make a difference in the taste of the blue gills or bream in my pond.

Better or worse?
or is it just Dif ?

I can't tell the difference, but........my taster might be a little worn out.

Well the sweet meat isn't as sweet just add honey and that's a quick solution
