Pork Loin

Sam's had a whole pork loin on sale so we got one yesterday. I got 2 good roasts out of it for smoking and 12 steaks from the small end to BBQ on the grill. I've got one roast marinating to smoke tomorrow and I BBQed 6 steaks today. They were good with corn and new potatoes boiled with crab boil. Attachment 170289Attachment 170290Attachment 170291

Those pork steaks look fine

Looks great Scott, i guess we were thinking alike. I did a butterflied pork loin in my charbroil Infuser last night that was awesome.

Now I really hungry!!! Looks killer.
