:D As I write this my computer tells me it's 3 degrees. :D Were makin ice now. We've had a thin layer of ice on small lakes for the last 2 weeks. The big lakes should freeze over now. I can't wait to start ice fishing. No early ice for me, I wait til it's drivable so I can pull my Ice Pro house with.

thats about 60 degrees colder than I want, but then again I would like to get out on the ice and do some fishing. just not going to happen anytime soon unless H--- freezes over:eek: :D
Send some of that cold air to Illinois its about 27 degrees here. With 6-12 inches of snow in the forcast.
Iis around 12 degrees here right now. One of our shallower lakes had an inch of ice on it yesterday. Might get out on it in a few days ....... I hope. I got the bug.
i'd love to get out on the ice. ice is covering every possible object except the lakes right now. about 1.5 inches on everything and still growing. thinking about dropping a line in my chimney and sitting on a bucket. just to get ready for my two maybe three days a year of possible (albeit dangerous) ice fishing down here!

Its a windy 71 degrees here, a couple hours after the big front has moved through.
1 degree right now. It's supposed to get to maybe -6 tonight.:D We will really make ice tonight.
