Eggs in Sacs in July/August ?????

I found eggs in a few fish today. Whats up with that.Attachment 169688

We find them almost all year long, they will be tiny like that until it gets time for the spawn then they start enlarging.

I've been seeing them also, gettin a head start on next year.......

No but from what I red. Is that not all Sacalait will spawn at the same time

They look very premature ... Could that be for feb - March roe ?
