I have spent a few bucks @ UM, and I actually had a problem with a defective unit to which I received return instructions from the owner OVER THE WEEKEND then came 1st thing Monday morning via email a prepaid FedEx label and a new invoice for a new unit!
I was cross shipped my replacement unit with nothing touched on my credit card.
After I returned home from sending the unit back the manufacturer emailed and said I could return the unit for repair or get a refund, to which I replied that I already had.
