Mississippi License Info

Gonna take my little cousin to either Sardis or Enid Monday and Tuesday. At what age does one have to buy a Fishing license in Mississippi? Also any instructions on which lake we should choose? And another step further, if anyone is willing, which ramp to launch at and which area to fish. He is 13. Have gear to pull cranks, spider rig, or vertical jig.

Don't have to buy a license till he is 16 here, don't let him drive the boat tho, he is supposed to have some kinda class before operating a boat in MS, they have been known to be pissy about this too for some reason.
