Senior Jigger's Surgery.
Guys I know this isn't about crappie fishing so to speak, but it is in a way too. Charlie Powell my tournament partner and a big (literally) part of our tournament series had surgery yesterday on his left rotator cuff. It was serious enough that his left arm will be immobilized for 6 weeks, then 6 weeks of extensive therapy. He is doing exceptionally well with pain from the surgery, but is feeling down cause he will be off the water for so long. So with that said a get well card or a few minute phone call would certainly boost his spirits.

Mark, since I believe that Charlie taught you most of what you know, I think we all owe him a great debt of gratitude. Prayers for his quick and complete recovery from here in the Philippines where I know how it feels to go for a few months away from the thump. Please give him my sincere regards.

Charlie is doing well from shoulder surgery. He had his first Dr. visit and all was very good. He was given some exercises to do but can not under any circumstances raise his arm for 6 weeks. He still has a long road to go and on top of this he will be leaving for Cleveland Ohio the 25th of September for Heart Valve Surgery on the 2nd of October. He is in very good spirits, but wants to go fishing. He still needs our Prayers and contact from the fishing world and friends as well........Ranger
