Fished White River Refuge today. Right after a big high pressure moved in. Caught one dink and that is all. Given the conditions I was expecting it to be slow, but wasnt expecting a GAS! I just couldnt not fish on my day off. They had just graded road as well and it was MUDDY! Took me 2 hrs to clean up the truck/boat, then driveway after getting back. Still a great day in the grand scheme!
My favorite place in the world. Second would be the South Louisiana marsh. Both can be hard on you and equipment.
May have to take a trip over there before long. The river been up so much this year I wouldn't make that drive so far.

White river is always a good day even if you catch no fish.

Been slow down there. But, a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work! :-)
