My good friend, Warren Carpenter, and I fished Nimrod today - my first time. Not nearly as many dinks as I expected and several nice crappie. Had a great time. Beautiful lake and nice ride up (3 hours for me). I'll be back.

Blackfish, Ya'll feeling sick? KATV said something bad going on with the water. I'm headed up that way in the a.m. Gonna die of something anyway.
We had poor water Quality and fish die off a while back one summer. Now the blue-green algae is covering it in spots .:dono All these floods probably washing in lots of farm wastes from chicken and cattle farms . That would be my guess.:twocentsQuote:
