tried deep 12-14' ,only 1 over , fished shallow on steep banks 12 overs.had to use minnows that a friend gave me ,jigs nothing, jig bite is tough even twister tail jigs . thanks for the minnows rog.

Not doing as good as you tonight but having fun. Took 20 minutes to land this one on my Crappie pole...

Bob you need to try minnows not CORN!
That thing is GROSS, I would of cut the line unless there was a crank on the end.
how shallow was you fishing? I seen lot of fish at about 6-8 foot deep yesterday.

bow hunter i caught keeper crappie on steep channel banks on stumps and riprap 2'-6' deep,that had shad on surface.
