I thought duck season was over, Mallards is DOA.
Been there twice, good service, good food, good value.
Left work early with the wife, it is her one time/year time to fish. I needed another rear seat crappie pole... been breakin em lately. Stopped at E.harts, got a 10 and 12' rear seat Sam Heaton ultra sensitive for the boat. Headed to Mallards for a beer and snack.
Sat for a while being walked by several times, instead of taking my order, the girl tells the guys behind the bar to take care of us.
Have a beer or two, get a snack, order dinner. They do not know squat about a club s ammich, pulled pork ok, fries were room temp on both plates, sent them back, replacement fries about the time the sammiches were gone, were RAW. Might have left them in the grease long enough to get soggy and about the same temp as the oil.
No returno. You can't make a sammich and cook fries, you can't get me to turn into your parking lot.
