Very nice, that lake Martin?
Looks like Sardis to me, where else can you see 47 boats in the background!!!???
Sardis. It is. Ha ha. One time we counted 100 boats around us
Mannnnn.... Setting up for cranking is not cheap. Putting prices together now.
I've tried cranking on the Coosa River portion of Neely Henry with absolutely no luck. Tried different sizes, depths, speeds etc. I gave up and chalked it up to river current in the area I fish. The articles I read about crappie cranking are almost all based on the main portion of a lake where the water is still. Fisherman are able to locate large schools of fish and target their crainkbaits right through them. The fish seem to spread out at all depths in the river - at least much more so than in the main body of the lake. This makes it hard to target fish at a certain depth.
Its addicting!!! Nice fish...Congrats!
