How much do you think this boat is worth?

I am about to purchase this wellcraft excel from a neighbor and he said he would take it to the shop to make sure everything ran fine, I'm into fishing boats and have an aluminum boat to fish out of but don't have a clue on ski boats. It's an open bow I'm not sure on year yet didn't get to talk to him much other than price.

You can look it up on Nada.com but they are usually low. Best way is do some searching and see what they are going for in your area of the world.
