The only thing I have ever caught on liver was catfish. Never thought about trying to taylor it for anything else. Interesting?
It might work, but I think minnows will always be "the" bait for crappie.
I do know cat, sheepheads, and striped bass just love liver
Walleye will also bite on it. EB
I like it myself. Smothered in onions and bacon. Yummy. Now deepfried chicken livers, nothing better.
Cut into strips might work if jigged cause plastic does.:dono
